So you say no trades above 15 Keys, i have a few Questions

    1. What if you trade while they have an unconfirmed report and then the report goes through?
    2. What do you mean 15 Keys? is it 15 total (7.5 each side), 15 on your side, or 15 on their side?
    3. What about unpriced that should be above 15?
    4. what about unpriced that COULD be above 15?

The trade with scammers rule was retroactively repealed almost 2 years ago.

To answer your questions, as they pertained to the policy when it was active (because it's gone now).
    1. Depended on other factors, in particular whether or not you traded with an obvious alt, whether you did it repeatedly, or whether you knew it was a scammer.
    2. 15 keys in total value on either side. If you traded for 15 keys, or a 15-key item, then it would meet the threshold.
    3. Still counted, ballpark estimate. Repeatedly coming close to 15 just to dance along the line would count too. Bear in mind, nobody on staff was actively looking for people violating this, this was just the threshold for when it was eligible for a tag/warning if reported to us.
    4. See #3.
Again, in case any of this was unclear, this rule no longer exists. Furthermore, if someone was marked for breaking this rule, they can appeal it, even if they already tried to appeal it before.
