So I was stupid, and got myself a few day ban. Let me apologize for that. But the ban reason was for breaking the rules. I have been doing a bit of research in this forum and I can't find any. What are they?

You do not appear to have any tag/ban here, nor is there any Valve sanction on your account, perhaps you are confusing SR with some server you got banned on?

Pretty obvious "General Discussion" is supposed to be about general discussion of SteamRep related issues, not how many birthdays one has, nor how much they like cats (unless your name is Datastorm).

The problem is one of my best friends is marked for scamming, they have helped me so many times, i call them 'Best Heavy'. I couldn't bear to delete him ._. I was awar of the scammer friends, but some are those who areclose friends...

Well a close friend is understandable, and there no is penalty for having a scammer in friend list, besides the obvious fact that can be troublesome with certain trades and of course too many of them is not a good look
