Question

Months, maybe even a year, ha gone by since my report has been posted to again, and I know that SteamRep have a lot of reports, but it included a full confession from both of the scammers, verification posted by the victim and lots of evidence, yet neither scammers have been marked. One of them tried to give me some items as a 'sorry' present, which I discovered turned out to be scammed items (which I immediately gave to the victim.) But I'm just wondering when the scammers will get marked.
P.S. they didn't give all the items back.

If you bumped your report thread a lot that could delay the process. Usually reports are handled in way less time than a year. It probably got lost in the sea of reports they got and the admins lost track of it. I suggest sending a message to an admin or mod such as Helenangel.
