Re-Assessing alt account status?

Hello, a long time ago I was steamrep banned due to being a suspected alt account of an account that wasn't mine. I am handling my ban status elsewhere, but where should I go to get my account cleared of being an "alt" of an account that isn't mine?

On my steamrep profile I am still listed as an alt of an account that is definitely not mine, though for a time me and the user of the other account shared a household, which is no longer the case as I've moved out. I suspect us sharing a Wifi router for that time is the reason for me being marked.

Again, I don't want to get my scammer tag appealed here, but rather just clearing my "alt" status on this site. I am sure most - after looking at the other steam account and mine - could confirm we are individual people. Is there somewhere specific I should go for this, or is steamrep the one who manages alt associations?
