Someone just attempted to scam me for my unusual, He offered a sum of PayPal money and I said that I'm fine with PayPal transactions. I checked his steamrep and he's a marked scammer.

I'm just wondering, I have the evidence against him, is there any point in posting a report considering he's already marked?

All evidence is better to have to make their appeal even harder to do. Also after a point, I suggest just sending Valve the report because they can do more than we about the issue.
    Melkor and Xel'Naga like this.

indeed, each report is a separate issue to appeal to. Its then a "repeated" scammer, and it supports with that the other reports gain more credibility.

And reporting to steam support a number of offenses from a scammer will have valve take action against it. Don't forget to do also a "User Misconduct" on their profile.
