    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561197960451349

    Victim profile: 76561198042495360

    What happened? Description:
So the accused is my weekly buyer for keys. I sold him 50 - 100 keys every week. It's been around few months now and nothing happened so far. He always went first on every transaction and all always went smooth. Until yesterday

2 days ago he wanted to buy 100 keys by sending me $95 (2 times) with different email. He sent me those amount when i'm offline so he was saying like "I sent you $190, please send me the keys via Trade Offer" or something like that. Okay no problem. But for some reason i can't send any trade offer because of Steam Glitch. It said that i need to wait 7 days because i'm in the new device. But i can do trade manually. It's really weird i know (but because of that, my keys are save thanks god). And i decided just to wait him until he go online. On yesterday evening, i checked my paypal and there are 3 dispute from him. My paypal balance was -$190 or something. I chatted him but no respond from him. Also i got permanently limited by paypal. Thanks god i already spent all my money for something and only ~$30 left. So i don't really lose alot. But still, my cash trading is now bankrupt because my paypal is permanently limited. So, bye cash trading :(
