What happened? Description:

Requested to add as friend yestereday. Today offered $75 Paypal or Steam Wallet Codes for Bubbling Unusual El Jefe. Traded item to him. Both codes he gave me, $50 and $25 didn't work. He went offline while I was typing them in to verify. He unfriended me and blocked me seconds after. I see that he got somebody else yesterday:
