What happened? Description:

Good old paypal scam.
Says he has high account level and lots of Rep,
Says that you (victim) should go first because he is more "reputable".
Takes items and doesn't pay you surprise surprise.

Please just stop this kid, you can easily google his ID and find previous scam attempts, yet hes not been banned. He will end up scamming some poor soul so can we please just have him and others removed from the community sooner rather than later.
