    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] PayPal scam or scam attempt
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561197960615500

    Victim profile: 76561198285480580

    What happened? Description:
I was trying to sell my Bayonet Gamma Doppler Emerald for 2k. Since I'm not into skins, I didn't know much about it. I contacted someone on twitter (@polpolgamings) who said that he often buy skins. I added him on steam, then he used the "middleman" technique that I dind't know before. He linked me this subbreddit : https://www.reddit.com/r/RedditSteamTrade/wiki/index and said to contact the first person, "Corjee", of the list, which I did. (profile : https://steamcommunity.com/id/CORGIMOD). Then I asked how we would proceed, we agreed on the price and stuff, I was scared to get scammed, but he convinced me. Corjee created a chat with the 3 of us, to do the trade. I was supposed to give the item, then the buyer give me the money. So I gave Corjee, the "middleman"(I assume is the same guy as the buyer anyway) my Bayonet. And... right after that, I got banned from the chat, both of the accounts blocked me, and the buyer on tweeter too. I hope these accounts get banned with all the item, and also that there is a slight chance that I recover my item, to sell it more safely, because I need that money.

@Malo Please don't include anything outside of steam and steam chat - all those other chats or images are unacceptable but I believe I got enough otherwise here to start with.
    Follow these directions:
Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History (thru a computer not mobile) showing for sure the trade in question(NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for several days beginning with the date before this trade.. full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload HEREā€¦NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!

Users changing custom URL's doesn't mean anything negative - that is why we require ID64's or SR profile blocks as the ID64 NEVER changes so no need to update us on this at anytime. Also going private does not reflect anything negative either...no need to alert us on this. I will review this again soon.
