    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561197961024106

    Victim profile: 76561198118281837

    What happened? Description:
    I did not get scammed what I am reporting is an attempt.

    I believe this user is impersonating an admin/worker at Hellcase.com.

    He basically offers to upgrade your knife to the Stattrak/better quality version in exchange for advertising the site.
    His "proof" of Identity is being an admin of https://steamcommunity.com/groups/HellcaseHub this group.
    The group chat contains people claiming to have been scammed.
    The group is not mentioned on the Hellcase.com website OR on their twitter.
    The Hellcase.com site specifically states that they will not contact users through steam.
    He invited me to a discord call to explain the terms.
    He claims that even though a two month period of advertising is required to do the upgrade he is happy to do it immediately.
    However the "Catch" is that you must deposit your knife first and then you will recieve the new one with in an hour.
    I did not find out where because I this point I backed out of the discord call that he invited me to stating that I would not deposit on a site and would only agree to the terms if it was through a steam trade where it was knife for knife.
    He would not opt to give the knife first even though he "trusts" you as he unable to withdraw it even though seconds ago he claimed he it would only take an hour or so.
