What happened? Description:

Added me to steam. Offered to sell me Ghost recond Wildlands for 21 USD. Told me send payment. I sent through paypal. He asked I send it as a personal payment. After I sent it he said he didnt received it and sent me a payment request. I paid it again. Then messaged me a phony game code and instantly blocked me from steam. Wont respond to my friend requests and emails. I looked up his email and he is scamming other people too.​

I no longer have access to the chat window because he has blocked me and once you sign out of steam I can seems to re-coup the chat.
