    What happened? Description:
    I posted on several Steam subreddits and he messages me offering COD: WWII for $25. I was happy to oblige. I paid in via paypal initially $25. He is a foreign person and mentioned that it would be easier to just send him a 20 euro steam gift card via Kinguin because paypal in his country gets hung up. He refunded me the $25 (screenshot provided with his actual name NOTE: I did not edit out his real name incase other people came across a steam swap with a similar name/location combination. I feel it is important to leave it because of this. The e-mail associated with the account is [email protected]

    I then sent him the key for a 20 Euro steam card and he blocked me, but still shows up online via his profile. I feel he is a legitimate trade in some regards (judging by his profile), but decided to take advantage of the situation.​

    You are welcome to report the user to Valve
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
