What happened? Description:

He wanted to buy my PLAYERUNKNOWN Trenchcoat, but ended up scamming me. The agreement was that he was supposed to pay on PayPal when I send him the PLAYERUNKNOWN Trenchcoat over Steam. To gain my trust he showed me his transaction history on PayPal and trade history on Steam to prove that he was a legit trader, but I didn't pay enough attention to see that this were just all his scam trades to his other account over steam, and that the payment on his PayPal was just random purchases from eBay. This did however reveal his e-mail, his real name, his steam account names and his possible home address.​

Provide Evidence:

The agreement was that he was supposed to pay on PayPal when I send him the PLAYERUNKNOWN Trenchcoat over Steam. To gain my trust he showed me his transaction history on PayPal and trade history on Steam to prove that he was a legit trader, but I didn't pay enough attention to see that this were just all his scam trades to his other account over steam, and that the payment on his PayPal was just random purchases from eBay. After I added him back when I realised what happened, he continued to say that I needed to transfer more then 750 USD in order for it to work, and started telling me that I had to transfer the valuable Dota 2 items that I have to him aswell. He proceeded to say that I had to trade him the items or it wouldn't work. When I asked him about a bank transfer, which he said was a method he did with others, he denied that possibility immediately. When I asked to see if he could just try and trade me the 500 USD again over paypal when I watched on Twitch to see that he was talking the truth, he would object against it. In the end he deleted me when he realised he couldn't get anything more, and even though I said that he was a scammer for not trading me back the item since the transaction didn't go through, he proceeded to denie that he was a scammer, while stealing the item and deleting me at the same time. I screenrecorded our entire conversation when he came back to try and scam me the second time.

The chat log is added, but it ended up being so long that I don't have the entire transcript. I hope there's enough in here. I tried to fish out his mistakes as much as possible to proove his intentions. The first 8 pictures is to show all the chat I captured on video that allign with the chat log. The pictures that comes afterwards is to show that his steam trade history is with his other account, so that there are 2 accounts that should be targeted.

Formal agreement? It's not like we signed documents - and if you see in the chat you can clearly see how I asked for my 500 USD and he said he now needed more, refusing to give me my item back, using it to bait more items, and refusing to give it back. I have video proof of his entire paypal history, and I have friends of him saying that they were payed by his paypal account. Let's see some trade history proof from him - yeah? That he has actually payed his friends before?
