What happened? Description:

I unboxed a knife, StatTrak Bayonet | Marble Fade, last Saturday April 25, 2015. I soon after posted on multiple price checking forums asking about how much I could expect to get. The next day I was added by this guy and he offered me 620 keys (proof: http://i.imgur.com/EcPHEtF.png) and we agreed to wait until the knife was tradable. You can see from this picture how little I negotiated with him and how much his offer changed

I waited the weeks time it takes for a case with an ingame bought key to become tradable and messaged him back. We chatted back and forth on price and finally settled on 640 keys (20 keys higher than what he originally offered and I did not even ask for that much). Sadly I closed the chat by accident and lost that part. He told me he would buy the keys and then trade it to me after. He tells me his "key seller" is at the market and he will be home soon.

This is where the scam part comes in. He tells me that he wants me to trade the knife with a friend to make sure it is tradable. I tell him I have no friends that I could trust and he gets angry at me. I offered to trade another item I unboxed at the same time and I did that with a friend (proof: http://i.imgur.com/6W7MQdj.png) . One of the things that stuck out most is that he offered to pay me 30 keys more to trade it to a friend. There was no reason to trade it to a friend at all. The knife and its tradability can be seen here: http://steamcommunity.com/id/SpacenChasen/inventory/#730_2_2239438453

TL;DR Guy adds me after seeing a price check I posted. Offers a decent offer, then a much better one without negotiating. Tells me to trade it to a friend. I say no. He get angry. I call him out for trying to scam me and then he removes me.​
