    What happened? Description:
    This user is a pervious user that was banned from both SteamRep and Steam trading, now under the guise of a new account.

    Not only did they use the same exact profile pic, but also created a similar group.

    Notice the same amount of "years of service", the same kind of group, the similar very high level, the same location, same profile pic, and same description.​
