    What happened? Description:
    User posted that he is looking to buy tf2/cs keys on globaloffensivetrade subreddit
    I added him and went 1st with 120 keys. He acted like he sent money, although i didn't receive anything and he sent me screenshot like that payment is "pending". He said he will call paypal and later he said that we could wait 12 hours and everything will be fine. Next morning nothing was fine so i chatted him in steam and he promised to resolve that situation by sending me pp or returning keys. At the end of the day at agreed time he acted like he is going to borrow keys from a friend to return them to me but ended up fully ignoring me.
    I am not expecting to get keys back or something, the only reason i report him is because he keeps posting in trading subs that he is buying tf/cs/dota stuff and today 1 more person was scammed for cs skins. So i believe once he will be SR banned he will be blocked from most trading places.
    Also as you can see my chat history isn't full. Since it got cleaned when i restarted my pc and it starts from morning of last day to evening.​

    Please provide a full screen shot of your Trade Inventory History showing for sure the trade in question(NOT TRADE OFFER!!)- open this with a web browser, move your mouse over the users name in question so it shows up the hypertext popup URL at the bottom of the screen - take the screen shot DO NOT edit it in anyway and upload. Also need a screen shot of your Paypal ACTIVITY (not Summary) for several days beginning with the date before this trade..full screen DO NOT edit this shot in anyway. Upload HERE…NOT imgur, NOT gyazo or any other 3rd party hosting site!
