    What happened? Description:
    I wanted to trade my knife for paypal money. He added me on steam and ask me to send the knife first because he said he had a better rep than me and don't trust people with lower rep than him. I send him the knife I accept my offer and after he unfriended me and block all communication.​

    The goal is already been obtained - SR is about education and giving others a way to search and decide if they wish to deal with this user and you at this point.
    If you haven't looked yet this user is reported multiple times but since you apparently didn't take the time to search you were scammed. We can only hope this and the other reports help someone else down the road decide if they wish to deal with this user in the future.
