What happened? Description:

First the accused offered to exchange Paypal money for my item, which I ultimately declined as I was wary of chargebacks. The accused offered to give a Steam wallet code instead, which I accepted. I sent a proposal 'pending' trade, the accused accepted and then proposed a new trade for my entire inventory in exchange for nothing, claiming that it was to get a "withdrawal code" to get the Steam wallet code from the bank.​
