What happened? Description:

I payed him 80usd for 45keys with paypal then he ignored me. We were talking for trade everything was normal. I payed him he send me an offer, placed his keys but then he instantly closed the offer then ignored me. I know it is my fault. I just want to take my money back. And he has 5 more reports on steam rep....​

All i got is this for evidence. I lost chat history when he ignored me but you can check inventories of both of us. He still has keys and i dont. I dont know what else can i show you.​

Here it is. There 2 payment there. I lost steam chat when he ignored me. But this guy has more than 2-3 accounts. And he has 6 reports on steamrep. Why is he still unbanned?? I can give one more of his accounts.
