    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561197962518932

    Victim profile: 76561198085128315

    What happened? Description:
    Guy named Richard HellCase™ contacted me through steam, offering me 650€ on HellCase.com for 4 of my skins. He wanted me to send him the skins first, because it is against HellCase's policy to send money first.

    Provide Evidence:
    According to HellCase's Terms of Service, they never send screenshots of their control panel for purposes of trading, which is exactly what he did.
    Copy of the video he sent through gyazo is in zip archive, in case it would get deleted.​
