What happened? Description:

This person promised sending me 140 $ for my CS:GO skins, he didn't send me any money, he also blocked communication with me on Steam and removed me from his friend-list.​

Provide Evidence:

I don't have a chat log, because this person blocked communication with me on Steam and removed me from his friend-list, I hadn't screenshotted it before. It is not stored in Steam cache, I also couldn't find it in GDPR Steam data. But I have plenty other proofs about him scamming me.

1. screenshot: This is my trade history, last two trades are with the scammer.
2. screenshot: My PayPal history, there is no 140 $ as he promised.
3. screenshot: Scammer's profile after clicking on the link in trade history.
4. screenshot: In his profile information he mentions his "New Steam Profile", you can see custom URL of that profile in left bottom corner of my web browser.
5. screenshot: Steam profile mentioned as "My New Steam Account" in the scammer's profile information. You can see on the right side he was previously banned on Steam rep itself. Secondary profile custom URL: https://steamcommunity.com/id/gabunia69.
6. screenshot: Proof of blocking me on Steam. In the square that pops up is says in Czech language: "Při přidávání uživatele do přátel došlo k chybě. Komunikace mezi Vámi a tímto uživatelem byla zablokována." You can translate it in a Google translator. It basically means I can't add him, because he blocked communication with me on Steam.
