What happened? Description:

I buy keys for cash and this person wanted to sell. The first red flag I noticed was their account only had about 400 hrs of TF2 and over 200 in the last 2 weeks. So this is an alt account they are trying to build up a +trust with.

With very few trade-able cosmetics in their backpack I quickly found this one which came from the known scammer: https://backpack.tf/item/5809392971

The known scammer is accused of scamming a scorching flames tossle cap and this alt just happens to have traded a scorching tossle cap for pure keys recently: https://backpack.tf/item/316556789

I'm not sure if doing a full steamrep report with this info is overkill or not but I wanted to report it somewhere because I had $92 cash scammed away from me by a person that had built up fake +trust just like this one is attempting to do. From then on I knew the sign to look for was waaay too many recent hours played compared to total hours.

tf2hours.png is a screenshot of their profile with the suspicious tf2 hours - over 200 in the last 2 weeks out of 400 total. I could not fit their top profile info onscreen at the same time but you can see their URL in the address bar.
