What happened? Description:

Wanted to trade a witcher 3 expansion pass for paypal and he wanted to have a 10euro g2a card in exchange. Send the card and did not get any expansion pass​

The accused and his alternative accounts were banned on SR over 200 days ago. It's very doubtful SR staff can do anything else. You can try reporting accused and his alts to Steam Support but since they don't review any trades done outside Steam trade windows, especially anything to do with activation codes, you pretty much out of luck. In future always double check everyone you trade with for codes. It's also advised not to do those kind of trades all together.

Should you come across a user like this again upon checking them when you accept as friends, its best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
