    What happened? Description:
    He added me and wanted to buy my skins for an ridicolous price, he also wanted me to go first because he's an owner a big steam group and yeah.​

    You can't just report someone for wanting you to go first - not sure what you think that solves.
    You have no idea if the user would have followed thru with their end of the deal or not regardless of what they said they wanted to give you.
    They could very well turn around and report you if that was the case for you not wanting to go first...see what I mean?
    Please don't submit reports here based on assumptions like this.

    What happened? Description:
    He commented on my profile and wrote there that he wanted to buy my skins. He was offering me 1425EURO for a FT howl when it sells for like 1100Dollars on Buff and 1200Euro on skinbaron, he also offered 1650EURO for a Flip knife sapphire ST FN 0.01 Float, which sells for like 10.850CNY on buff.​

    I clearly declined the last report - its still declined - you can't just report someone for offering you different than what you feel something is worth.
    Decline the offer and move on.
