    What happened? Description:
    I found him from csgofloat's database because he had a knife close at price to mine and I wanted to trade, added him and made my offer. He pretended he was afraid of me scamming him (in a completely fine trade offer...) so he said instead I should send him my knife then he will send his...

    I didnt do it of course! But I am extremely angry at him...​

    You can't report someone based off assumptions - you have no idea if the user would have done what they stated or not.
    If you do not trust the user then delete/ignore them and move on.
