    What happened? Description:
    He added me and made a paypal offer, his rep seemed good and clean so I went first. He then blocked me and moved my hat. The hat was a scorching tossle cap, I never received any money through paypal.​

    Provide Evidence:
    I have screenshots of chat, trade history, paypal summary, and other details.​

    Because after wasting time trying to deal with this, I just decided to try and get my hat my own way. I ended up spending my time trading up to a new hat instead. Now that I got a new hat, I want to mak sure the scum gets banned. But it's frustrating, I just want to talk to someone instead of wasting time with bots over screenshots.

    Contrary to what my signature says I'm not a bot but anyway - not responding to a report here in a timely manner wastes our time which is valuable - time that can be spent with other reports so don't make them and abandon them.
