    Scam Report

Report Type: [Money] Other cash fraud (webmoney, bitcoin, etc)
Virtual item type involved: [CSGO] Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Items

    Accused profile: 76561197966410101

    Victim profile: 76561198108788304

    What happened? Description:
Nafeel is adverting that he is selling skins for bitcoin. I sent him the agreed $7100 bitcoin payment, I got blocked and never received my skins.

    Provide Evidence:
Agreement of funding source, funds, and exact inventory that I would be buying: https://gyazo.com/dff3fcd2feed230dbfb5b111cdaa2491

Bitcoin Transaction to Nafeels wallet shows the amount confirmed and paid: https://gyazo.com/fbe90b1dc3b883db1e22e5e4c7193192

Nafeels wallet verifacation is the same account I sent the funds I sent to: https://gyazo.com/dff3fcd2feed230dbfb5b111cdaa2491

Disconnected without exchange, blocked through steam: https://gyazo.com/8eeb9bb73cf5a4940654c2b422752703

Declined offer for agreed inventory purchase: https://gyazo.com/50c0e64ad7fea7a16204612c7ae8e9eb

From my past report I have gotten the following response,

"You already stated in the previous report you didn't have the agreement for the report - then you add a few screens trying to pc together an agreement when neither show exactly what was being traded and the funds and funding source in the same screenshot."

The screenshot I provided was a mobile screenshot that was not available during the first report I made because it was not available on my computer. I didn't realize how detailed the report had to be as I was not thinking properly since I was just scammed out of $11000 worth of skins. I have tried to make my report more clear and more detailed when I updated my first report.

    context: https://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/nafeel-6-png.573010/

In the same screenshot, the agreement is that nafeel is offering to sell his whole cs inventory(what exactly is being traded). He has asked for the payment source to be funded in bitcoin, with the total amount of funds totaling $7150 bitcoin. This was the full agreement.

"Still can't accept this. You tried twice still not enough to validate what was going on with the full agreement."

I still wont accept that once someone has stolen $11,000 worth of items can keep doing it, and won't be investigated or cautioned for other users safety.

"Report them to valve since there is nothing we can do here with regards to what evidence you've provided."

He has been reported to valve. I will continue to update my evidence so steam rep can consider my report.

I also think it would great to have a place to view past reports on a user even if the past report was 'invalid' according to steam rep policies. If he does not get marked, I would want people who are planning to buy off him to read this report.

"I didn't scammed him , we agreed on buying my whole inventory for BTC and he admitted that he sent the transaction but in fact was a double spend attempt. Immediately when I saw that I deleted and blocked due to the fact that I never agree with an attempt to be fooled."

Nafeel, If I was doing a 'double spend', why didn't you report it to steam rep... I have proved it is not a double spend attempt, the funds are sent to your account and have been confirmed, can you send me the trade offer for my skins? simple.

I am allowed to use screenshots of other peoples chat as evidence for agreements you have made. That first screenshot does show what I would be buying/what you are offering since you offered the same deal to everyone. It shows A. linking your steam with the bitcoin wallet B. how much you want to be paid C. how you want to be paid

Agreement: ''we agreed on buying my whole inventory for BTC and he admitted that he sent the transaction'' https://gyazo.com/655f96c8bceab1a2ce99675edbbd3131

This is the 3rd time - final time of this report. I asked you last time not to make it again. You don't have the full original agreement and no matter how much you try to pc it together we can't review without that.
If you both are discussing things then keep doing so but as it stands now there is no agreement here and we can't review.
As I'm asking once and last time - please do not make this report again.
Your welcome to report them to Valve instead.
