What happened? Description:

This guy copied and made a look-alike profile of one of my friend's profile and started messaging me. He also told me some things and stuff about the guy whose profile he used. He asked to send him my Flip Doppler so that he can use it for a week. He faked his whole profile from my friend which made me believe that he is my friend whom I know. So he sends me a trade offer so that I can send his my knife, I also clicked his profile in the trade offer section and it made me believed that he was my friend whom I know. Later after 3 days, I am going thought my trade history and this guy has blocked all communications from me. I then talk to the guy who I thought I sent my knife and he said the guy is using his profile to scam mutual friends and he has already blocked all communication from that guy. Guys please make sure you talk with the guy on any other social platform rather then using Steam chat. I did that mistake and that costs me $200 loss.​
