What happened? Description:

So sorry if this is not allowed to post here since CD key scams are not allowed, but in the end this person just ended up scamming my 12 csgo keys so i think it fits a steamrep report. CD keys were involved but this person just blatantly scammed me.​

He claimed that the "keys didn't show up in his inventory" I checked right after the trade and it was there. He moved them from his inventory and played victim. THERES NO POSSIBLE WAY THE ITEMS IN THE TRADE DIDN'T SHOW UP ONCE ITS CONFIRMED. Theres no "bug" in steam recorded history that prevents items traded from going into your inventory​

This was also 3 days ago

I did not receive a CD key. The scammer even admits they never gave me a CD key apparently because "A steam bug caused him/her to never get the keys" Anyone that has any knowledge in trading knows this is impossible. I saw the keys in their inventory right after the trade but didn't screenshot it because i forgot. The person got rid of them almost instantly. It was for 12 keys but the scammer said that they "would sell it for 10 keys" because they want to get rid of it. We ended up doing 12 but this remark was indeed fishy.

P.S I already know the person scammed me but i contacted steam support so i could get more evidence just in case

This thread was brought to my attention. Had I seen this post earlier I’d have responded more promptly.

Action taken: Steam Support contacted to resolve the issue of items not displaying in the Steam inventory of recipient.

Steam Support responds with resolution and has CSGO case keys restored to inventory.

Proof of keys returned (SalzStange acting as Middleman)

SalzStange is an Official Admin of the Original Traders Group and acts as a Middleman for cases like these.

I am glad to finally have this issue resolved as I have never had this happen before.

Yes she has returned the keys, not because of a steam issue but because those Admins threatened to ruin her rep is she didn't. She' is an outright deceiver and most likely photoshopped that ticket.

I asked for a screen video of the ticket to 100% prove its not photoshopped. She ignored me and later unadded me.

Ask her for a screen video of he ticket, and ask her to refresh the page mid through just to make sure she didn't edit the page element. Pretty sure she won' provide this

I also have an earlier steam support ticket where they said the trade went through and no bug was there. I can screen record it if you guys want me to.
