Just checked email and saw that paypal sent me few emails and I needed to respond them after week. But I didn't check email for like moth!

And I have got few more reminder previously. So it's too late to get money back?!

I would say to send Paypal notice that he is trying to scam you and send them your screenshot of your trade history showing that the goods were indeed sent. Good luck and thank you so much for the additional information!
