Offered $42 for Anno 2070 through paypal on steam forums. Chat happened (pictured). Unfriended after trade, never received paypal. Can see Anno 2070 in his inventory; contacted support - will see what they do.

Meanwhile, I'm SOL. I can't believe I fell for this. His story doesn't check out now that I think about it, and there were plenty of warning signs :<
