What happened? Description:

This guy named ENYAV added me on Skype. He had an m4a1-s cyrex in field tested condition that he was willing to sell to me for 18 dollars. Since he had little to no posts on this forum I go on, I asked him if I could pay $8 first instead of $9 since he was relatively new. He agreed with this. I then payed him $8 through PayPal. After I payed him, he deleted my contact on Skype, and wouldn't talk to me anymore.​

Provide Evidence:

As you can see the money I sent through PayPal to his email, matches the email that he said to send it on Skype. You can also see that the status of our contacts are "Pending contact request" meaning that he deleted my contact. I have also attached the screenshot where we agreed on $8 first then $10.​

Open a dispute on paypal. Once you've opened a dispute with paypal, do not close it unless he refunds you or gives you the items. He can refund you while the dispute is open. If you close the dispute you cannot reopen it or recreate it - the money will be gone.
