    Report Type: [Rep Fraud] Impersonation with intent to defraud
    Virtual item type involved: [TF2] Team Fortress 2 Items

    Accused profile: 76561197974801309

    Victim profile: 76561198023542389

    What happened? Description:
    The impostor added me on steam, offering me 25 keys in overpay for my unusual worth 18.5 pure. I went to check his inventory, but it was set to private, but in the description in his account it link to the actual one's inventory. He also only has around 10 hours of gameplay on TF2. I checked out his SteamRep, saw he was banned. As soon as I called him out on it he unfriended me.​

    Thanks - do keep in mind that this user is already banned/tagged..there isn't any more we can do to this user. Should you come across a user like this again(check users out soon as you say hello) it is best to just report them to Valve, delete and move on.
    However you've shown no evidence here that the user is scamming again - invalid.
    You should have just ignored the friend request once you saw they were already tagged.
