    Scam Report

Report Type: [Item Fraud] Quick-switch trade scam or attempt
Virtual item type involved: [Other] Other game items

    Accused profile: 76561197975403036

    What happened? Description:
So, I received The Witcher 3 game code from GOG with my NVIDIA purchase. I decided to trade it for GTA V or TF2/CSGO keys, so I posted my trade on GOG's general trading forums, as well as steamgifts.com/trades. I requested to be PM'd on either site or deals could be discussed over steam. This guy, MattAttack43, adds me on steam and offers 20 TF2 keys. I was asking for more, but I decided it was good enough, so I accepted.

The site rules on GOG say that the person with less rep had to go first. I had 0 rep, being this was my first trade (apparently 0 means you could be a scammer). He had 17 rep, so I went first. Steamrep had no dirt on him, and his profile was legit, level 17, on steam since 2005, over 300 games, etc. I gave him the code for gog, he checked it out, said it worked, and then I got a gift of Bad Rats. He immediately logged off afterward, no keys.

    Provide Evidence:
-"Scam" is a screenshot of the top of his profile page
-"scammer 2" is a screenshot of the comments (which are likely falsified)
-"scammer 3" is the chat history, the offer, the lack of a trade, and the disconnect
-"scammer 4" is the 'gift' of Bad Rats
-"scammer 5" is my personal inventory history, with obviously no keys
