What happened? Description:

the accused added me, and i checked and saw that he was banned on steamrep, so i thought i would see what he had to say. the accuse said he wanted to buy my knife via paypal and that he would go first. he then said i would need to send an offer with my knife to his smurf so that i could take a screenshot of me sending the offer so that if i scammed him he could convict me. he then linked me to his smurf, and i found it to not be convicted by steamrep, so i made him add me on it to confirm it is his account. the accused is a known scammer, which is why i am assuming this is just a ploy for him to get unsuspecting users to send their knives to his smurf while they think he is not on it to instantly accept.
