Description: Hey guys,
So here is the deal. Dorian and I were friends. I met him on trader I believe and learned he loves vivid plasma hats. I found this a nice opportunity to gain some profit by buying the hats for Dorian in advance and he pay me in cash later. I did this once with dorian. I bought a hat for him, then gave the hat to him in advance to he could wear it then he would pay me back later which he did smoothly.

I bought a vivid ushanka for dorian in which he told me he'd pay a buds for(current price was $31). After he then asked me to borrow some keys from me. I then lent him 4 keys. After 1-2 weeks he said Ill give you $40 because you have to wait. I was lenient and let it slide week after week even though before paying me back he bought another hat (look in pics). Again I let it slide.

Now a week or more ago. Dorian and I talked about buying another hat for him. We talked about buying a vivid slug or a vivid jefe. Dorian bought the jefe with his unusuals. I said I'll get the slug. We agreed on a price of $130 cash if i gave him the hat now. So I went out, bought 3 buds from prodigy for cash. Went to the slug owner bought the slug. The next day I traded dorian the hat. Dorian told me he'd have it on Friday April 27th. He then told me after that he lost his job and I'd have to wait till Monday because of bank problems. I waited, he comes back to me and says in a nut shell, "I don't know when I can pay you back you might have to wait 1-2 months." Now here we are, I am $170 out. I've waited a month for $40 and promises to pay on $130.

Oh yeah, and a major point. Dorian Traded the vivid slug to someone else with out paying for it.

And I've talked to helen, chaos, and jonah. I talked to jonah briefly, but helen and chaos should give you some knowledge on what is happening.

Just to set the record straight, I went to you with the slug in hand wanting to return it based on my financial situation, not wanting to carry around a hat i wouldnt have paid for nor knew when i could pay it back, you refused and said youd only take it back if i paid you the price i promised, that meaning i gave in an additional 30$. Instead of then trying to work with me, you said thats all you could do, i would have to hold the hat unil i get paid or give it back and give you another 30$ no other alternative was possible with him, and just argued with me saying that you have to pay me back, its was the deal. This was all of a few days after i got the hat.

We had set up a deal in which he would find me hats and id pay him back later, usually within a week or 2 of him getting me the hat. On the ushanka, we agreed to 2 buds on the hat, i came to him with 1 bud and said id get him the other later, i asked for 2 keys to get some paint after, promising id give him more back later, which then led to me then agreeing to give him 40$ . A week or 2 had passed after that and I had 25$ then ready to pay him in addition to other items id make up for the difference, again then overpaying since it wasnt cash. The guy is usually busy and seemed to never respond to me on that payment. finally, he responded and said to just pay me at the same time as the slug. Of course i was never able to pay him on that becuase of my situation on the other hat and all of this bullshit drama.

After our arguement, i knew he was going to escalate this into a s✿✿✿ storm, knew id have to come up with something. I figure i either give him something back worth a solid amount more then the slug, since he refused to take it back. One lovely caviot to this drama slug is that it was gifted, making it nearly impossible to resell at a decent price or even the 3 he paid for it. I ended up coming across a Vivid Plasma Honchos Headgear that i ended up trading for using the slug and another hat. The Honchos being a high tier soldier hat with a decent effect, i figured if i could give this back to him in addition to 25$, i could settle things with him or at least get things going in the right direction. But of course that never happened, instead early in the day i get a group call with him and 2 TF2-Trader admins, were a deal was made in that i would pay him back by tomarrow abefore 5 PM, or he would file a scammer report on me. Me being cornered and put into a position were i couldnt do anything, i agreed to the deal, at this point enraged at the fact of how rediculous this had gotten, a friend of mine now stepping in to help me pay him off, him not even being slightly understanding of my financial situation in that the company i worked for closed down therefore i am without a way to even pay him back, him not wanting to take back the slug , being threatened with this very report in which he lied about not filing, I snapped, decided to see if i could get help from a sourcerep admin. This then apparently angered T-Virus so much, he ended up filing that scammer report anyway.

I have full intentions of paying him, I never didn't, i just wanted him to hold onto the hat so it didnt look like i was scamming it while i got the money, but it looks like i got f✿✿✿ed over on that one.

Just a note here that I'm handling this case. As per the conversation this morning with T-Virus, Dorian, Anti-Protest, et. al. the agreement is that T-Virus will have his money by 5pm tomorrow (Friday May 4th). If this agreement is not upheld, then this case will move forward.

I was just notified by Anti-Protest that the payment is ready: T-Virus just needs to give Anti his Paypal name. Therefore I'm marking this case as rejected with no mark on Dorian (since the payment is already ready well ahead of the deadline). If something happens and T-Virus does not receive this payment, I will reopen the case.
