Description: Steam Trade Forums (stallion_69), i went first with key, gave it to him. he said "i dont want it, i'll take a better offer" then i said "wtf, you were asking me if i want to trade it and said yes, now i have to use it myself" "ok np, cya later" he said. I used the key on my account and it said it was duplicated.

(as you can see he now owns The Witcher 2 which is my cdkey)
Report this guy as scammer just for your security please. Rocky if ure reading this, i paid $10 for that key so i'm not that mad, just reporting you as i said to you while we were chatting, and for the security of other people.

As you can see clearly in the chat that i had no interest in this guy what so ever for a trade. He did not even provide the key in the chat so i dont know what he is saying that i took the key. I said someone offered me a better offer and now because i rejected his offer and he did not get csgo, he is blackmailing me saying that i scammed him

i honestly have no idea what your talking about posting up false information about me because you did not get your csgo. I already had the game hence why i went to the better offer.

Okay, let's stop with the accusations.
If you both would be so kind, please post a screenshot of your game licenses. You can PM the screenshots to me privately if you wish. You can access this by clicking on your Steam icon in your tooltray, then choose Community. In the top right you will see YOURNAMEHERE's account. Click on that and it will take you directly to your game licenses.

dude you was online on steam i checked your profile. and if you didnt used the key then why you asked me to trade? Why it was already used right next to the moment when you said "i dont want it"? i don't care if you gave it to a friend, used it in another account or whatever you could do with it, you scammed me. that's it.

in addition, you unlinked your steam profile from your forum account at the moment you scammed me, and I found that you've been scammed by some guy that wanted to give you Paypal money for your csgo. you told me it was "your first trade" while chatting. So you didn't had the csgo beta in your inventory(because you were scammed before). I guess you got mad bcause of that and you just scammed me.

"ok, i will go first. in case i get scammed... " etc.... i said. because you didn't want to go first. umm yes you did say you will go first but i also said i dont want to bother with this trade if there is no trust, you must of took the screenshot just before i went offline cause i removed you before we went further with the trade... i accepted the better offer and no being blackmailed

Let's take a look at the accusations here and the evidence before us.
McCloud says that Rocky69 used a CD-key of Witcher 2 in order to acquire the game. This is false. Rocky69 provided his game history which shows not only the games he acquired in reverse chronological order but HOW he acquired them. Witcher 2 is not only listed quite a bit down the list but it says it was acquired from the Steam Store. This means he purchased it directly from the store. Had he used a CD-Key as McCloud suggests, it would say Retail. Therefore Rocky69 is innocent and this report is marked as rejected.

As for the CD-Key itself, I am sad to say that you almost certainly paid for either a) a key that cannot be used in your region (as many games are region locked so a CD-key purchased from Russia for instance may not work if you attempt to activate it in, say, Brazil) or b) a CD-Key that simply does not work. As the key itself appears to have been taken with a camera, I would seriously question whether or not the site you purchased it from is even legitimate. It is sad that a website itself would not provide the product it intends, but CD-keys are one of the easiest things to scam.

Also please note that to protect the privacy of you both, I've removed the attachments so that they will only be seen to admins.
