What happened? Description:

Promised $886 worth of Bitcoin (0.13) for 530 CSGO keys, mostly hydras, and 4 DotA 2 arcanas. I went first, he bailed immediately, wrote me two long pastebins about how his mom needs money.​

430 of the keys and none of the arcanas have been returned, though he says he has intent to return the rest (100 Hydra keys, 4 dota Arcana). I can't fully close but he seems to intend to return the rest as is able, but cannot close as of yet.
