What happened? Description:

Traded M9 Tiger Tooth Factory New for PayPal - Did not Pay after trade. I gave him a Negative feedback on elitepvpers marketplace, he refuses to rate the transaction knowing that I will win the Negative Feedback Removal Appeal. Trade has been made in late June 2017, so I hereby agree to drop all charges against if payment occurs.​

Provide Evidence:

I have uploaded 5 screenshots plus the transcript of the chat log on Skype where we discussed the trade, no trade chat was ever involved so I hope this will be enough. Every screenshot is simply copy-pasted from Print Screen button, so none of the uploaded images have been altered.​
