What happened? Description:

I was dumb and fell for his fake rep thread as seen in the screenshots I will attach. He said he'd give me pp for my keys but I sent the offer and he blocked me. I also attached a screenshot of my paypal history.​

Thank you for your report. However this user is already banned so there isn't much more we can do. Next time the best way to deal with users like this in this situation, is to check their steamrep status as soon as they message you, and if they're banned immediately delete them from your friends list and move on.
