    Victim profile: 76561198016357294

    What happened? Description:
    He tried to scam people items. he offers you to trade his knife for your knife. He even says that he will downgrading the payment or trade. Please be very careful of this person. he is a fraud. He also linked you to a bunch of admins which is the person gonna scam you.​

    These are the conversation log that this guy is trying to scam or he already successful of scamming me.​

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accused profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT

    With that in mind, there isn't enough evidence to prove the accused is guilty of wrongdoing.
