    What happened? Description:
    Paypal transaction for 100 keys, then 70 keys for a total of $340. Charged back money afterward receiving keys, claiming his account was limited and showing no remorse whatsoever.​

    He scammed me in the exact same way. I also reported him through steam and steamrep. Hopefully the bastard gets banned. I'm surprised this guy actually went through /r/globaloffensivetrade to find people to scam, not just outpost. I'm going to call paypal, and I recommend you do the same. Hopefully it will work out.
