What happened? Description:

So, this guy random added me and asked me if I did sell an item on the market. I told him that I do, I was selling a M9 Bayonet StatTrak Night.. then this guy told me he wanted to buy the knife for PayPal money.
He then start asking me to take off the knife off the market then told me to trade it to him, he asked me if I can send a PayPal request to him.. I did so, after that he told me to trade the knife to him and he could accept then trade him the knife. At first I believed it, because he was a trustable guy from what I've seen and had high reps. He also is a moderator on a trading group that is famous so I didn't think he would scam.. and then I confirmed the trade, he told me to wait for like a minute or so then he just blocked me on every single way he could.. Please help me to get this guy banned here so he couldn't be trusted by anyone else and won't get scammed like me..​
