What happened? Description:

He offered on my AWP Lightning Strike and put up a bunch of expensive items, to show what he's worth I guess. I told him I'd only need the factory new Galil Cerberus and it would be a fair trade. He said that was fine and even offered me a key extra. Before accepting the trade, I hovered over the Galil again and saw that it was a well worn one then. I pointed it out to him and he immediately unfriended me.​

here's a screenshot of the chat. you can see that we agreed on the galil and that it was worth slightly more, and then i asked him to put the factory new one in the trade, followed by him going offline right after.​
