    What happened? Description:
    I joined a casual server where "Leb Blahhh" added me, he said he wanted to over pay for my skins, but it says on his profile I'd have to go first.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Here is our entire chat message. I sent him the link showing his account was in yellow "Caution." I'm not exactly sure what that means, but other people should be aware of this guy.​
