    What happened? Description:
    Impersonating a pro highlander player. (https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561197992146126). attempted suspicious offers and gave non-answers to questions.​

    Provide Evidence:
    Cannot pull chat history back up, sorry. Impersonating an actual account, willing to "overpay" for items and when asked any question, would only answer with "yes"​

    Impersonation alone isn't a scam..must prove intent to defraud and you've not done that. Also the user you reported doesn't even exist so rejecting.
