Dear Sirs,

I was writting this email cause today I got scammed by an user in Traders Guild's group chat. Our deal was to trade a key for the game Homefront, in exchange for a tradeable CS:GO Beta. We agreed I had to send first the Homefront key and then he would give me the CS:GO Beta through the trade system. As far as he got the key, he suddenly disconnected and I didn't get the CS:GO.

After that, I tried to activate the key in my account and obviously that key was already used by this user, so I got it as duplicated, don't know if he activated it in his account or in another one, but is already duplicated.

I ask you to take measures in this issue so it won't happen again.
