I am noticing a discrepancy here.
The trade time from Blackened is listed as January 10, 2012, 01:35:11 GMT while the received time to Samurai Jake is January 10, 2012, 21:41:31 GMT
Do you have any other evidence showing this trade taking place or other trades?

Well helen I do know that tf2items can be a bit off sometimes but it appears that the hat was traded to blackened on :

January 10, 2012, 01:30:15 GMT and blackened traded it on :​

January 10, 2012, 01:35:11 GMT five minutes after; so someone viewed his backpack and saw it and then it move to cuddles and then was probably viewed later in the day. That is why I believe it was a middleman gig for cuddles.​

I derped real hard when I wrote all this here I was reporting blackened for middlemanning and trading with cuddle but I was all wrong either way he traded with the guy below him in the history aka m1ll3r

Jake is cuddletime.

Its the responsibility of the MM to check the traders rep if they are scammers or not. Not the traders, for scammers try to get around their tag by using MM's for their trades, and wont mention it.
