What happened? Description:

Got a random friend request from a guy named Poovie

I ask him who he is and the first thing he says to me is that "he accidentaly reported me for duped items". I already knew what was going on from there.
Told me to add another guy, which i put in as the accused because I don't know if you can have multiple people there.
Philbert Constantine (the accused person) proceeds to act as a steam admin of some sort and sends me a gif of my profile page with so called "SteamTools" where the friend request and the more dropdown button would be located at. Clicking on that sends him to a page where he can ban me.
Then he proceeded to ask me to screenshot my recent steam transactions for some reason and I troll him for a bit.​

Check this video. I have noticed that you have a pending ban concerning multiple scam reports and accused of having duplicated items which may lead to account deletion if not proven innocent.
