    an "alt" account of this person's steam acccount added me, user: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198060938447/

    and told me to send a trade offer to his regular account which is the one i'm reporting. On the main person's steam page, his trade link is a link to a scam site, where it says "TRADE LINK" the actual link goes to

    He claims to be offering to trade his AK Vulcan for cs go graffitis, which is obviously an utterly imbalanced trade when you can buy them on the market for 3 cents apiece.​

    These are phishing/hijacking attempts and are not to be reported to SteamRep!

    You can report the user to Valve instead
    In order to do that, you have to:
    1. Visit the accuseds profile
    2. Click MORE drop-down located at the top right of the page
    3. Choose REPORT VIOLATION
    4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
    5. Click SUBMIT REPORT
